  • Warm introductions. Before we introduce you, we collect the buyer's contact information, needs, price range, timeline and financing status, and we tell the buyer when to expect your call.
  • A partner who never competes with you. We are a referral-only team. We do not show homes, write offers or take your clients.
  • Repeat opportunities. We stay in touch with our clients, so a good experience brings them back to you next time.
What we expect

Treat our clients like your best clients

  • Contact each referral within 24 hours, and the same day when possible.
  • Send us a short status update every two weeks, and let us know right away about a contract or a closing.
  • Keep the client with you. If a teammate takes over, the referral agreement still applies.
  • Tell us if something is not working, so we can make it right for the client.
How referrals are placed

Simple, written and broker to broker

  1. We agree on terms

    We discuss referral terms directly with each partner before any referral is placed. Terms are agreed in advance and confirmed in writing.

  2. Every referral goes through Park Place Realty Network

    Our brokerage sends a referral agreement to your broker. We share the client's information only after the agreement is signed.

  3. We introduce you

    You receive the buyer's details and we let the buyer know you will be calling.

  4. The referral fee is paid at closing

    Your broker pays our brokerage at closing. Nothing is paid between agents directly.

Where we are looking for partners

We are building partner relationships across Florida, including Central Florida, Tampa, Miami and Jacksonville, and in other markets where our clients are moving.

We look for agents with a strong record of recent buyer-side sales, fast follow-up and happy clients.
