Sellers who come to us, referred to you
When a seller in your market contacts us, we refer them to a listing partner with a proven record. We talk with you before we share the seller's name, and we stay in touch with the seller until closing.
We are a referral-only team. We never compete with you for a listing.
Free marketing for your listing
With your written permission, we feature your listing as our Home of the Week on Facebook, Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and our website, at no cost to you or your seller.
Your name and brokerage appear on every post. We work to find a buyer for your listing.
Buyers who contact us and already have an agent are sent back to their own agent. Buyers who contact us without an agent are connected with our buyer's agent partner, who will show them your listing. If a buyer specifically asks to work with you as the listing agent, we honor that and refer the buyer to you. We are upfront about this before we feature any listing.

- A quick note when the listing goes under contract or the price changes, so our posts stay accurate.
- Cooperation with showings from our buyer's agent partners.
How referrals are placed
Every referral goes through our brokerage, Park Place Realty Network, with a written referral agreement signed by your broker before we share a client's information. We discuss referral terms directly with each partner, and any fee is paid broker to broker at closing.
