Choosing a real estate agent is one of the biggest decisions in a move. We make sure it is not a guess.
If you have worked with an agent in the past and you trust them, keep using them. Good agents appreciate loyal clients, and that relationship is worth keeping. If you do not have an agent, or you are moving somewhere new, let us refer one to you.
Why not just pick an agent?
There are more than a million real estate agents in the United States, and their experience varies widely. Most people choose an agent from a yard sign, an online ad or a friend of a friend. That is a guess.
A referral from someone who has already done the research gives you a much better starting point. We look at what an agent has actually accomplished, and we talk with them before we ever share your name.
Yes, our service costs you nothing
When we refer you to an agent, that agent pays our brokerage a referral fee out of their commission. The referral does not add to your cost.
On Florida new construction, the builder pays our brokerage's commission. Either way, working with us does not add to your cost.
How we choose your agent
Tell us about your move
Where you are going, whether you are buying, selling or both, your timeline and your price range.
We research the market
We look at actual sales records to find agents with a strong history of recent sales in your area.
We talk with the agent first
Before we share your name, we speak with the agent directly to make sure they are a good fit for you.
We introduce you
We let you know who will be calling, and the agent reaches out to you, usually within a day.
We stay in touch until you close
We check in with you and with the agent along the way. If something is not working, tell us.
